Waiting on a custom pipe for that Busa I bought last Thurs. I'll get it sometime this week. It'll carry a Hindle badge, but you won't find it in your Parts-Unlimited catalogs.....:D

I got this no-name one, but it lets you pack a two-gram bowl. Not bad.
LMFAO!! Carb or no carb?

I got my pipe, it's a Titanium "Hindle" (kind of). It's designed by Brock Davidson Enterprises, (in conjunction with Hindle who actually manufactures it), specifically for the 'Busa. I love it!:D

Stock...Cause there isn't a whole lot to choose from for a Pre-98 Katana...especially if you want to keep the dual exhaust look...

New slip-on

Love the look, love the sound.

I'm glad I waited to find and hear the pipe I got on another Yamaha.

How loud is it on a scale of 1-10 10 being your ears bleading. I am considering them but don't want it to be obnoxiously loud. Thank you in advance,
Dave

Dave, if I am not mistaken, Akrapovic manufactures their pipes to fall within the FIM SBK guidelines, which means the sound level is restricted to 98db. Having heard Akra's on a 929 and Cam's ZX9R, I'd rate them around a 5 on your scale, not obnoxious at all.

Got a full Muzzy. Sounds nice, but I wanna eBay it and get a Hi-mount Hindle.

Anyone interested in a full Muzzy for a 96-01 ZX-7R?:D
