If you REALLY want to own THE closest thing to an all out racebike, then go with the gixxer...ABSOLUTEY, POSITIVELY, THE MOST OUTRAGEOUS BIKE SOLD FOR THE TRACK...If you want good manners, go with the zx9 and or the 929....The 2000 zx9 is and AWESOME bike..And WAY better looking than the BORING 929...P.S the R! kicks a$$, but you said that you didn't like/trust it...And Suzuki quality is WAY up there too...I checked my valves at 18k and didn't even need any adjustment....All Ive done to my bike at 22k is chain/sprockets
and tires...The other stuff I did because I'm anal!!!!Jimmy G...........................
