I voted 3000 - 6000 miles based on this years riding. I think if I lived in better climate I would use the bike as my primary means of transportation. Such as life.

I do plan on moving to better climate in the next 6 months or so.

17,000 on the CBR-1000, + 7,500 on the Gold Wing, =24,500 total. It was a good year. Typical is 15 to 20,000 total per year.:)

Actually, for the last two years I didn't work much. I started a business 23 years ago and it was on auto-pilot (semi) and I was burned out. I took a little break. I'm now back at it, working on some new products, and already falling back into the 10+ hour days.:( I have to be careful not to make a habit of that. ;)

Even when I was working the crazy hours, I still managed 15 to 20K yearly.:D

I used to be able to find the time to do a lot more riding. I work anywhere between 70 and 80 hours a week, so it gets difficult to put the serious mileage on her. We actually had increadible weather, (and an extremely LONG season), this year! I just work WAY too much!:( .......Is anyone out there crying for me?:D

I voted 3001-6000; but I've only ridden 3000 miles so far this year here in KC. I"m sure at this pace, I will have 12K +.

I voted 15K+. I got my new 9 in March and have over 5000 on the clock already. Only good thing about New Mexico is year round riding (with lots of mountains).

I did about 35,00 last year. Work is a little over 160 miles round trip. Gotta love Nor Cal, you have to live out in the sticks to be able to afford a house! I ride unless it is below about 35 degrees or raining hard.

I'm with ya there...you can really rack em' up out here. I don't know what I'm on pace for, and I'm not sure I wanna figure out the numbers...:crying:

I don't have it as bad as you I guess, I'm only about 130 per day. The up-side is that I go through Niles Canyon....not a great road, but twisty enough to get ya awake in the mornings if no one is in front of you. :D

Ride safe!!

and lives in San Jose, I have to say "huh?".

Last time I was there in the Winter there was no snow or ice. It's got a 12 month riding season, doesn't it?
