At least this guy is wearing some safety gear. Besides, something must be up. Either the camera has a super fast shutter speed, or the bike is not moving. The wheels have no blur to them at all.

That picture is doctored. The shadowing is wrong for the rider and the detail of the outline of the rider is definitley a cut and paste job.
