today i was flippin through the channles and all i seem to see were shows like horsepower tv and hot rod tv... i think it would be pretty cool if they made a sportbike show like that.. showing you basic tips on maintance as well as hot to do mods.. what do you guys think?

I think that would be bad ass. I would watch every show.
Personally I think the two shows that are already on the tube, Bike Week and Motorcyclist should spend more time on rider education and real world riding techniques, tips and mods, rather than telling me that the Hayabusa will ONLY go 196 mph and interviewing retired dirt track riders. -WHO CARES- Show me something I can use.

Hey guys, Speedvision has motorcycle shows every Tuesday. They also televise races on Sunday. Check with your cable provider because you guys are missing some really good programs.

i used to have speedvision at my old house but now that i live out in old people land the cable provider (mediacom) doesnt carry it... i get the occasion race on foxsports but by then its already like 2 weeks old and my parents dont wanna buy a satalite dish so i guess im kinda S.O.L. i may need to make special trips to my girls house so i can watch my shows .. lol

Well Speedvision DOES have "motorcycle" programming, but it includes only the afore-mentioned BikeWeek and Motorcyclist. Coverage and scheduling of the AMA and WCS is spotty, but bareable.
I agree with ratsalad, while BikeWeek and Motorcyclist are there, I often find myself tuning out because I don't care about whatever crap they are droning on about (like some retired dirtbiker...)
