Well not in the morning as it is still cold as hell. At lunch it was in the 50's and warm, so I took advantage. Anyone else sneaking in winter rides. Those of us that have snow and cold weather that is. Not you bastards that think its cold out when the thermo "dips" down to 75.... :twofinger

Needed to get the bike down to the shop anyway, going to cut out the fairings for the frame sliders. Been sneaking rides without them, or front turn signals.:D Only thing that sucks is there is sand and loose gravel on the roads. So just cruising around for now.

I ride everyday. Even when its 20 outside. Tuesday I rode to Fayetteville from Raleigh and back again. Thats about 80-90 miles away from where I live one way. It was a nice day going there, but at night, it got down to 30 and I was crusing at 95mph. Yeah. I was cold after that. Took a nice 15min hot shower to just defrost and another 15mins to get me warm. And that was with 2 pairs of paints, 2 t-shirts, 2 sweeters, all under my full leathers!

I ride to work regardless of rain, snow, or 120 degree heat. Granted, of course, that I haven't had the pleasure of experiencing all the above mentioned for the whole two weeks that I've owned my bike. :p The more I ride it, the more I love it. I mean my motorcycle (for all you sick minded bastards! :twofinger ). SoCal isn't all that bad :)

Same as JBaz. I've ridden everyday this winter( except a day here or there). This morning (6:00am) it was 23 degrees outside. The coldest so far this winter I've rode through was in the low teens. Anything below 10 and I usually call it a day and hitch a ride. My armor, gloves, and helmet help tremendously. As a matter of fact, there is not a chance I would last past 3 minutes with just my long sleeve shirt and jeans on.

Stay warm fellow riders:thumb:

I just bought my bike in October and had trouble with it and just got it running again in January, so I'm trying to get in as much riding as I can. I try to get a few rides in during the week. The temperature hasn't been too bad here (State College, PA) recently, a lot of days of 40-50 degree highs. 30 degrees is as cold as I have gone.

i sneak a few when i know the ride home form work will be warm and sunny, usually the ride in is like 30*, i'm usually fine except for my damn hands, i can;t keep them from freezing. even with a pair of actual winter gloves. but i sure can't wait till morning are 80* and afternoons are 95* then as long as its clear, i will use it everyday for work.

I sneak winter rides here in FL all the time. I love riding in the cold weather. My rides are early in the morning going to college so its still pretty dang cold. Usually its in the high 40's to low 50's when Im riding and its a little dewy. I know its not your winter temps up north but its still cold and I love it. Cept for the cold tires... they dont get along with the road to well...
