Ok, I have heard all the talk about the "Rock Store", but never been there, don't know how to get there. But my question is, what is it?

I've been to the Rock Store not too long ago. Visited the store once. Rode the roads twice. It struck me as being more of a Harley Davidson hangout than sportbike. Although there are lots of sportbikes that pass through there, there were a lot more Harley's! In my very humble opinion, it's a place to be seen in rather than a nice place to be. On any given Sunday, there's bound to be a Hollywood wannabe there riding their Chromed out Harley or Ducati. The roads surrounding the area though are pretty good. Very challenging. Lots of decreasing radius turns with elevation changes. Lots of dirt from runoffs too so you gotta be careful. Not a whole lot of cage traffic but there are many driveways dotting the roads so again, prudence is required. For locals, it's the holy grail of sportbike roads. The Rock Store is just icing on the cake if you want to catch a glimpse of Jay or Mr. Cruise. But if you come from the Central Coast or even Northern San Diego, it's really not all that it's made to be. Just my 2 cents.
