Ok, so I was out cleaning the bike the other day. I got to the back rim and noticed that the paint has dulled in some spots, mostly on the spokes themselves. The lips are fine though

Any one know a fix for this, or what I can do to bring back the shine?

That won't hurt the black paint?

Brake dust eats the shine off of paint very fast, brake dust is the worst thing to let sit on your rims.
