I was just watching AMA superbike racing and had a stupid question ( there are no stupid questions, just stupid people) Anyway, Who are the umbrella chicks?
There are always a lot of good looking chicks standing around at the races. Who are they? Are they racer groupies,girlfriends,wives or paid eye candy Just curious. Gotta get back to the race. Thanx

Usually it is wives/girlfriends. Sometimes it is paid women. The Big Kahuna promoters will usually hire about 5 models for umbrella/trophy girls then the Hooter Girls will sometimes join on the grid.

If you are interested in the ones on the Superbike grid at Brainard, the ones with Yates, Hacking and Duhamel were all wives/girlfriends.

Did you just watch that race. That was some awsome action. I knew Bostrom would pull it off at the end.
Motorcycle racing is so much more exiting than car racing. Especially races like that one.

I only caught the end of the 600 race. Watched the Superbike race in its entirety. I hated to see Kocinski's tire blister. He was flying. Oh well at least the RC 51 took the victory.

The only one shown here was the 600 race. Maybe it will be on speedvision later tonight, there is usually racing on Sunday night. I just checked the listing and it's supposed to be the 600 race again, Oh well, there's always two wheel Tuesday.
