I think I'm finally ready...I've resisted buying a Japanese bike for years. Don't get me wrong, there's no denying that they just plain rock, but I kind of like the idea of having something "different". I love my RSV Mille, but its been in the shop having the clutch replaced for three weeks ("parts backlogged") :finger: I haven't owned an inline four since my GS 750 Suzuki in 1980. Most people ask for opinions as to the power delivery of twins....I want to know what the power delivery of a big bore inline is like. I'm leaning towards the R1, but I haven't made up my mind yet. I like the grunt of the V-twin, but the big bore inlines have just as much torque. Is there enough torque down low to make me forget my V twin? BTW, anyone wanna buy or trade?
