My recommendation is get a quote from just about anybody but Allstate. I think they just don't like to insure bikes. My recommendations are Progressive, Reliant, or Dairyland. I have had, or currently have insurance with all three, and am very happy with them all. I have also heard good things about State Farm.

I got the best deal from Allstate myself. I have two bikes, AMA member, and MSF course. I have called other companies. I get anything from $800 - $14,000  a year and the occasional "oh, we don't insure motorcycles." My price for Allstate is around $700 a year and always falling. I am also 21 and single. Be sure to itemize and act like you know what your talking about when it comes to insurance.

You get the best thrills on two wheels!
