While sitting at Nova & 92(Daytona Beach,Fla.) I saw a trashbag come flying out along with a wendy`s sodacup from a bronco 3 cars ahead of me , sooo I rolled up to the trashbag and....
Picked up the trash and threw it back into the kids bronco, :finger: the
look  was worth any risk I took and felt great! The only thing I hate about the "events" in town is the trash slobs throwout along the roads, this kid will think the next time he decides to throw trash while sitting at a light.

Amazing how good it felt, I wonder what the people sitting at the light thought as I threw the trash back the slob.

That is awesome :thumb:

Here in IN, where smoking is a past time, butts are flicked out of, what seems like, every car window. And it bothers me, because the filters don't degrade, and someday some idiot might be flicking one onto me while I'm on my bike.

Its all about enforcement.

I had one trown out in my face one day, it did exactly what I've always feared, it blew up into my helmet. I passed the guy, stopped in the road in front of him, walked back and yelled at him for about 5 min. I pointed out about a dozen times what could have happened, and made shure he knew it was not far fetched as I gave him a good up-close look at the ashes on my face. The punks poor little girlfriend was in tears by the time I went back to the bike and left, I bet he will not throw one out in front of a bike again. I was expecting him to be an asshole about it, but I've never heard "I'm sorry" that many times in one conversation before. Maybe it had something to due with black boots, black leathers, black helmet with a smoke shield, but he shure seemed intmedated.

In the past days people would throw out glass pop bottles & there are still glass beer bottles or hard liquor bottles.

No matter what so many people will make a mess where ever they go. I lived in Banff National Park (Alberta Cdn) & same people would make messes, smash glass bottles (yes throw them with force of seeking or hearing them shatter), etc. Their Nat park & they still would make a mess.

I climbed with a 65 yr old mountaineer & when he sat down to have something to eat he would light up his pipe. So fussy that live match heads pointed to front of his box while spent matches put out by hand & wetted by his mouth went to the rear of the box-----try that out for being one to not make any form of a mess. Fact is the Alpine Club of Canada would haul back most of the garbage they could not bury so often my rucksack (& that of most members) carried flattened out ex-tins of food & some flattened ex-plastic food contains as we walk back to civilization.
