I must have just missed this subject! I started posting in "Local Rides" right away.

Anyway, Hello to everyone. I'm new here at this website and I ride a 2000 Suzuki Hayabusa. Used to ride a 1997 ZX11D for several years. Before that, a VFR750 Interceptor. Before that, my first bike was a 1986 VF500F Interceptor.

I'm from Orange County, California, USA. Been riding for 14 years. I was however, most actively riding between 1986 to 1989, and 1997 to the present. That break in time came after I got married and raised a kid.

Now that my kid is grown, it's back to riding!!

Thanks for the welcome mat guys. I gotta say, this is the friendliest sportbike site I've been in.

I'm from the LABusas site and man! Talk about flames & porn! If you don't get flamed there, you're not posting. And the porn.....every freakin' day. Can't even view messages at work anymore 'cause I was afraid of gettin' fired! I was looking for a cooler, more helpful place with lots of information of both formal & informal nature. I think I've found it.

Thanks again and lookin' forward to chatting with you guys. Hopefully, I can help out with questions too.

You know, this really sucks because I wanted to post a picture that someone took of me on my Busa on the Internet. The site is called SoCal Riders. Unfortunately, after three months, they "update" their gallery of pics and my pic was 3 months old so it got archived or deleted. I'm really bummed because it was a good pic.

The site is http://www.socalriders.com

It's a good site to visit anyway if you want to have a look at the local riders here in South County in California. There's some action shots and static shots and even shots of local Babes on bikes. All done in good taste.

I swear that the next time I get my pic in the internet carving canyons, I'm gonna save it forever. Now I have to go back and have a friend take pics all over again. As soon as I do, you can bet this is the first place you'll see it!
