A great time was had by all. Too bad the rest of you sportbikers didn't show. I'd have to say less than one tenth of one per cent were sportbikers. The rest were, how shall I say it, not sportbikes.

Before it was over, I was "forced" to ride a Sportster. Shorts, tee-shirt, sandals, no helmet. Call me a squid if you have to, but I had a whole lot more fun than you all did last week.

The sportbike crowd needs to make a better showing, IMHO.

See you there next year! Let the flaming begin.

trailer ******s

Had a super time with the ol' lady this past week in myrtle. we rode in from Baltimore on my Connie, I know most of you don't think it's a sportbike with the luggage , centerstand & shaft but it's as close as my 375 lb ass can get and the power makes my electroglide look stupid. Anyway, I'm kinda sick of these ***** types who call themselves riders pullin in with their rides loaded behind the SUV. Trailers are for boats! Shame on the ******* who pulls into town and thinks he deserves to stand next to the bar with a real rider.

whoa fat ass!

A lot of sportbikers trailer their bikes because we run soft sport tires. Extended freeway rides destroy our expensive tires. I'm sure your familiar with shortened tire life on a motorcycle. The real riders are NO WHERE near the bar, since anyone with a shred of intelligence knows that alcohol and riding DON'T mix.

So, have another drink (preferably Slim Fast) and calm down.
