Well train spotters .... there you go ... round one is in our pockets and if that was anything to go by ... this session will NOT be boring !!...

Were to start !!! ..... no ferkin idea, so in no particular order ...

- check out the opp narth lads web page (http://www.msportbike.com/). Top site, neat idea to stick up the times etc, and well sone mentioning more than just the really fast guys ... I see the special mention for the Newbies ... and of course I am especially happy to get style awards for my backward one and one half somersault track dismount ;-)

- can't go much further without mentioning the Blue Cat and his 9 lives .... of which he is now on his second set cause he must surely have used up the first set by now. The guy is a Legend. I gotta say, the hug I gave him when I saw he was esentially ok (save for big time bruises) .. was spontanious. It was like desert storm in the gravel pit after his off.

- and the times !! .... by ferk these lads are travelling now ... I am not surprised Tug has pissed of to some little village in the middle of China to retire to save some pride !!

Ok ... lets be having everyones wordy blerbs of the weekend as they saw it all ... and get some pics up if you got any ...

Me first then ...

Well .... I made the mistake of saving some coffee change by sharing a room with Captain Life Suxs (aka Boycie Boy). He even went was far as saying that he hates the lovely girls that say hi as you enter a plane .. ?? .. the guy has issues, he needs help and lots of it.

After enduring a night of this, it was off to the track for day one, which was practice and qualifying ... and my first attempt at the 'interesting' turn seven and eight to make up the last corners for the 'north' circuit of Sepang. I was so busy thinking how shite I was riding, by the time I got to the turn off section ... I had forgotten we had to ... so nearly farkin crashed into the marker cones ... now THAT would have been farkin funny !!

Qualifying next and thank god I qualified faster than pornstar-I-like-them-at-four Trev and that raving gaylord poofta Captain Pants (aka Sir William Woodhead the Third)... the guy tried to fark with my head by telling me he was racing with no underwear !! .... the lengths some people will go to beat The Legend !! ..... it's hard lads dealing with the attention of fame !!

Next up is the race, and after a horror moment with 1-4 in front for three laps (2002 MSS all over again) .. I was lucky that he took my pribe and let me pass him on turn three and get away from Capt Pants who was stearing at my arse.

Had a fun first race and actually started to enjoy those last two turns. Sometimes being a backmarker has it's perks .... there is no TV that can give you the sensation of what it looks like to have guys that can do 1.11's come round you on turn 5 and tuck back in just inches in front of your front wheel ... they are farkin awesome !! .... cheers for not taking me out lads and hope my fat arse was not too much of a hinderance.

Then up comes turn two and Captain Crash (#100) decides that one crash of both his Ducati then his Merc is not enough, so finds the biggest target he can (my arse) and aims for it into turn two. Fark me if my head didn't hurt doing that backwards one and one half somersalt ... must remember to get more height next time to as to clear the head. Cheers to 1-4 and Pantsboy (and anyone else slow-as-fark that was behind me) for not riding over me while I was acting out a seen from Discover Channels Sea Elephants Sex Rituals.

And finally then, top marks to Johan for getting into the 1.11's before his off, and STILL being chuffed with his weekend, Poledancer for not crashing for a change and displaying a rarely seens demonstration of Scandinavian humour (honest!), McDonalds and Bouncy for going fast-as-fark and The Blue Oyster (previously Silver Splurter) for forgetting his farked knee and getting back on the pace for race two (bet Elaine gave you shite for that) ....

Oh, and as for Elaine. Thanks you my dear for your humble approval of my sexy love pillow (my belly). If you ever get sick of the sickly skinny pinup and want a real man, I am sure my wiffy will let you borrow me for an adventure park ride.

Update from the Blue Cat

I've been undergoing some intensive anger management and smile therapy to try to put the events of the weekend behind me.

The good news is that most things seem to be fully operational. My balls have stopped aching and I am pleased to report that I've even managed to get me leg over. Strangely I haven't had a crap since though .....

What next ? Really and truly I don't know. Apparently the damage to the bike isn't as bad as it looks, but we'll have a verdict later on this week. From there its a question of economics, family considerations and my own committment; (and in that order).

OK, some further comments

1. The reason I came last in both races is not that I'm a geriatric or slow but because I'm riding the only 750 in the Superbike class.

2. Thanks to my two sponsors. One is of course Pirelli whose tyres are now available at a decent price (after trade-in). The other is Legend, who is paying me to race 'cos otherwise he'd be last (when he finishes at all). :p

3. Legend's off in race two should make good pics. We had arranged that instead of my blasting past him at the start (very easy), I would tuck in behind and use him as a pace bike. There I was dutifully to the right of his back wheel in turn two when he was t-boned from the left. He fell off but the Legmobile decided to carry straight on, forcing me on a parallel path towards the grass. I expect more from my sponsors.

4. Thanks to the three ladies who graced the pit: you know who you are and we know what you were doing between races. Keep it up... ;)

my my - top international racing

so i see yer off to a more spectacular start than the mgp boys - good turnouts - good times - good ballet - great website
how did ledge train for that i wonder

your european audience is mighty impressed and more than a little sad that his vintage duc is still safely tucked away in a container in the port of antwerp

relieved you are all more or less in one piece - well done all

i wonder if the lav will make show next time

following all your moves from afar - keep the broadcast running, your audience massive and global

It was a really top weekend only marred by BC's bad crash. I was 10m behind when it happened and it really put me off seeing BC and the bike sommerssaulting in the gravel. However, managed to pull myself together and qualify in a decent position.

I did OK in race 1 coming 8th but after at least a couple of guys ahead of me crashed out. Race 2 did a little bit better, 7th after being passed by dblh on the penultimate lap. I felt a bit like Biaggi being passed and pushed wide by Rossi in the last motogp as dblh passed me on the inside in turn 6 pushing me wide and off-line. Very brave manouveure by dblh! After loosing that time I was unable to catch up with him but did set a new PB of 1.12.5 trying.

Ledge Knievel comes to town

Wow, impressive shots those are...... so what's going on, you seem to be making a habit of getting taken out Ledge???

I must say, I personally am very impressed with the way you kept the Arrr1 upright until it found the nice soft grass for that little lie down ;)

Glad to hear your Ok BC.... sounds like the bucket and spade got another workout
