Kawasaki ZX ? Upper and lower for sale (pics)

Upper has a deep(down to the abs plastic) scratch about 1 inch long on the left side)can not be seen in the pic.
Lower had minor scratches and a broken tab (tab missing in pic top-right of lower(I think I have the tab)).Posting for a friend, he was going to put them on ebay, I suggested he try here first.
