Just joined this web site. I have been riding for almost 37 years and using Internet for over 5 years and only recently connected the two. I find websites like this a good source of technical advice.

Just came back from a 5600 km sport tour from Yellowknife through the Rockies to southern Alberta and back up through central and eastern British Columbia. My trusty 78 GS1000 did the job and could still crank it through the twisties.

Looking at getting a new bike for next year and retiring this one to local riding and looking good. Considering the new Suzuki V-Strom or Katana 750.
