Get off the seat as much as possible (easier said than done if you`re short, no problem if you`re tall), put 2-3 fingers on the front brake and squeeze as hard as you can, once you think its good enough, squeeze a little harder, pull in the clutch, rev the engine up a little (fingers still holding brake as hard as possible) and start slipping the clutch, the nose should go down a little, and the back end should lift a little (every action has an equal and opposite reaction, I leernd sumthyng en skewl)give it a little more gas and finish letting out the clutch, the back tire should break lose... from there on you can peg the tach or just keep it steady, depending on how fast you want to blow the tire... Just be careful once you hear the tire blow, you don`t want to do a burnout on your rim.

edit: when the tire starts spinning, its not uncommon for the rear end to move to the sides a little, if it happens, just let off the gas a little until it settles back down, and then give it another go.

Hope that helps
