Alright so my friend just bought a Suzuki GS500F and it is in no way a Supersport. It is quick as all bikes are and is pretty flickable to. He thinks however that his bike is better handling than a Hayabusa. I disagree, But haveing never ridden a hayabusa myself I cannot really say. I would like to know if anyone out there has ridden both of these bikes and can state wich bike handles better in the corners.

better handling in what way?
The gs has budget suspension, where as the busa has better quality units, so it should handle better over bumps. The gs is lighter and shorter, so it should have better turn in..

A GS500 certainly doesn't have the power of a Hayabusa, but it doesn't have the weight either. A GS500 is easier to handle, and it is more maneuverable and better handling at low speeds.

A Hayabusa is an easy bike to ride in a straight line (fast or slow), but it doesn't handle well at low speeds, and it's difficult to ride it well during high speed cornering even though it is actually a fairly capable bike, ridden correctly - more so than a GS500. Would I consider a Hayabusa a better handling bike? No, because it is more difficult to maneuver in all riding regimes except maybe a straight line.
