THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DETROIT/PONTIAC HAS ISSUED A

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR... OAKLAND COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN

* UNTIL 745 PM EDT

* AT 630 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING UP TO ONE INCH DIAMETER HAIL...AND DAMAGING WINDS UP TO 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR HOLLY...OR ABOUT 16 MILES SOUTH OF FLINT...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE... 9 MILES NORTHWEST OF OXFORD BY 720 PM EDT...

A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT. REMEMBER...TORNADOES CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO DEVELOP RAPIDLY IN SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS. IF THREATENING WEATHER IS OBSERVED...MOVE TO SAFE SHELTER IMMEDIATELY.

there was a group of us down in royal oak and cruising woodward for a while. Comet burger is good. fyi. And so is riding through 6" deep puddles..hahhaha
