Just a note--Be sure to thoroughly blow the grit out from around your plugs before changing them. If anything gets in, the resulting clatter sounds like either a bad cam chain, a slapping con-rod, or a diesel.

I pick up the scooter tomorrow..(btw in the cold & maybe snow) probably about $200 of diagnostics. The dealer was prepared to pull the motor and tear it down. Ended up sraying some stuff in the intakes, which cleaned it out.
All I did was adjust the valves and put in new plugs.

Arrgh
