RCJOHN, you can't always win with the same answer :D
Youre very predictable though ;)
The answer is NO! It's not a Honda this time.

Hm, good one. The frame and swingarm look like a Yamaha TZ250, but IIRC the TZ does not have an exhaust under the tail. It's definitely not a Honda at all...nor is it an Aprilia.

My guess: late-90's TZ250 with custom chambers and bodywork. Can't think of anything else...I'm stumped.

Sorry nominal_squid,

You re not even close...
It's not a custom bike though. It has competed in GPs in the exact form you see, and it was very recently. Not in the 90s.

Ok, I'll bet it's one of the variants of the Proton KR3, or its Modenas predecessor. The rear wheel stand they're using looks very familiar, anyhow :D

It's a Sabre V4.
You re the WINNER madkaw!

It's the 2001 Sabre 500 V4, ridden By Johan Stigefelt. He didn't do that well, but it was a good trivia ;)
