And our survey said??

Nice....

Just got to get rid of the 4 square yards of plastic at the back, remove pillion pegs and we're laughing.

Even the stock cans sound great!!!

Great fun to ride - but it's not really a motard in any other way than riding position... and even then you can get the thing cranked over enough like a sportbike. Handling is awesome, the front a touch twitchy though. Not as forgiving as it may look

Good points?

Fantastic engine - torque, torque and more torque, great brakes (monoblocs settling in quite nicely), Ohlins rear, forged alloy wheels, Carbon everywhere, Marzocchi 50mm forks are fully adjustable

Bad points?

Snatchy throttle at low revs (especially noticable on mini roundabouts). Apparently has a crap tank range (it's only 12 litres) but I managed to get 200km's out of one without the reserve coming on.. and only $12 to fill...

Booking the track day imminently...

That looks like a bucket load of fun Chum.... just need to lower it a few inches and hit the track.

Tell me when you're heading to the creek, I might just have to organise a business trip the day before :p :p

Snatchy throttle fix??? Just keep it twisted, easy :thumb: :thumb:

Yeah just lower it a bit. Put clip ons on, so you and the bike dont' have the drag factor of a bill board, get a fairing to help oh oh and some rear sets OR buy a race rep :squid:

I've got two questions Chum....

- Are those bark busters to take out the slow walking pedestrians or in case it falls off the side stand????

- Where are the front indicators??? :dunno:

and next time can you find a decent looking spot for the pics

woof woof

The Barkbusters are the mounting for both the mirrors and the front indicators - the mirrors make the bike pretty wide.... if you actually use em... ;)

So are you using a Moto-x or roadie lid????

Those ugly arsed arrow shaped mirrors are easily the worst I've seen, can see why you ditched them.... :thumb: :thumb:

What about a spare set of wheels with some slicks for EC :eyebrows: :eyebrows:

lids r us

I am using the Senna lid I have had for a while, with road boots...

MotoX lids are all well and good but at speed air gets under the peak apparently and tends to wrench your neck back.. so useless for the track..

A set of wheels and some slicks?? Should be a doddle to get past the mrs - she doesn't even know I have the bike yet!!
