Be careful when buying a used bike. I recently bought one from ArgoCycles in New Hampshire and they sold me a lemon with a seized motor. They are now denying it so just be careful if you buy one from these guys.

Take Care:mad:

Um, not to sound demeaning, but didn't you check the bike out *at all* before you bought it? Seems to me that a seized motor would jump right out at you as soon as you tried to start it. :)

there are many laws protecting you when you buy a used automobile (or motorcycle)

there are many laws protecting you when you buy a used automobile (or motorcycle). It sounds like the lemon law applies in this instance. I recommend you look into this. This law places a limit to the amount of money that a buyer is liable for in the event that the buyer finds non-disclosed damage to the bike. However, if the seller disclosed the damage at the time of the sale, the law does not apply. Let me know how it goes for you.
