Excellent question.

I believe the CBR600F is the best selling sportbike during that period. Not sure though. Someone out there knows. ;)

i would second the cbr family as #1... even though it seems every where i look i see green.. everyone that thinks they know sumthin about a bike "hes gotta ninja. thats a bad azz bike" "im gonna get a ninja" "ninja, ninja, ninja"

Well, I didn't want to assume Mr. Traxlinger in his very first post was all about sportbikes like we are. Perhaps he's after THE MOST popular bike to impress the laydeez with. Some people like to blend in with the herd with their Camrys and 2.1 children and Florida vacations... am I rambling? Oh, sorry...

the last top ten bike list i saw for a model year had 5 or 6 harley models on it. i think the only sportbike was the cbr600f3, i think they was for 1995 or 1996. maybe teh katana 600 made it too, but not sure.
