I found out tonight that a good friend of mine who rides a CBR600RR was, from the best we can tell... run over by a cage on the interstate. He can't remember anything. His bike does'nt look like a bike anymore. His lungs are punchured and collapsed. 6 broken ribs and a bruised brain is the best wording I can think to use at this moment. Theres more but thats the major stuff. God damn stupid people. The only way we even have a faint clue as to what happend is because some women saw some of it happen but her story is vauge at best. This was a hit and run and I hope they catch the son of a bitch. Everyone, Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers and be careful out there

Hi Blitzed-

Best wishes for a speedy recovery for your friend. I hope they can gather evidence to catch the person responsible.

I have talked with more than one person involved in an interstate wreck and it always seems like the offender in the cage runs--what kind of @#@$ head does that?? Can't believe there are people who do that kind of thing.

I think it's more out of sheer panic than anything. A lot of these people turn themselves in eventually.

Best wishes for your mate. :thumb:

Its like pushing someone who can't swim into a pool and walking away.

Best of luck to your friend:thumb:

can't speak for the rest of the world, but when I lived in Los Angeles there were cage drivers who would diliberatly try to run me off the road almost every day.

there are some homicidal maniac drivers up here as well but the population is far less dence, 500,000 people for an area that is at least as large as Los Angeles if not larger, L.A. city has over 3,000,000 inhabitants, and 10,000,000 or so in L.A. county.

you just have to be aware of the asshole cage driver, they are out there and they will get you if you let them.
