Just ordered some Yoshi TRS dual cans for my Honda 919. While putting them on I noticed I had to back the left exhaust back off the header about 3/4" to make them line up correct in the back. After taking everything back off and measuring, I found that the left exhaust is 3/4" shorter in the mid pipe area, a combination of "near the clamp/bracket" and where the "mid pipe enters the exhaust can". Is this common for exhaust or something I should think about RMA'ing. I could hack off 3/4 off the other side but would perfer not too. Ideas? Thanks.

So long as over half of the flange length is inserted I wouldnt worry about it.
3/4" sounds a wee bit sloppy, but its not that big of a deal.
