xdbx Lookin like I found an instructor from Rochester that is bringing me one to use. What a nice guy...

Last night I stood in my buddy's garage for 5 1/2 hours.... what a great time. It feels great to work on your bike, it was my first time really ripping apart everything for a once over. Gives you a good feeling, but hwne you guys do it, bring some stools...my knees are shot!

If your leathers have a built in back proctector then you don't need a strap on one

I dont know if I will continue ot do trackdays, I'm trying to feel it out, hence I signed up for the school. I just find it frustrating because I have 2 shells of hard plastic and foam in the suit already.

almightys Its part of your safety gear that only protects your spine from injury (you know that stick in your back that prevents you from using crutches and wheel chairs?)


if this is the only trackday you ever plan to do than borrow. If not, just buy it.
