SepiasSoul O yea, does the monkey like to ride bikes as well? How cool would it be to ride around with a monkey on your back with a little leather jacket and a helmet? That would kick SERIOUS ASS!

SepiasSoul Hmmmm... Maby the monkey can be used to solve my grooming issues. I cant get rid of those DAMN FLEES! If I wasn't still living with my mom I would be all over that monkey (not literally) but with 2 dogs, 3 cats, 2 sugar gliders, and between 20-30 ducks carmorants pelicans and egrets, I dont think we can take more pets I do know of a plant nursery by me that has a couple of monkeys, I beleive they are rhesus that I can give you the number if you are interested. I dunno if they are looking for more but they do have them. They live in a big atrium on the nursery grounds. Its about a 25 square yard enclosure. Let me know and Ill try to get the number.

....its lifetime, which can range up to 30 years. A rhesus macaque monkey, for example, will weigh up to 45 pounds at adulthood.

I didn't know they got that big. Thanks for the link.

Ok since EVERYONE feels the need to see this monkey i did a little research, call it helping the homeless primate... here we go:

Here is a picture of the Rhesus Macaque (note the correct spelling, what and odd name)..

and here is a little info on the ape....

The Rhesus Macaque (Macaca mulatta), often called the Rhesus Monkey, is one of the best known species of Old World monkeys. It is a typical macaque, common throughout Afghanistan to northern India and southern China. Rhesus Macaques grow to a length of 64 centimetres, with tails reaching 30 centimetres. Males may weigh up to 6 kilograms, while females are around half the weight. They are brownish to grey in colour with pinkish faces.

NOW WILL SOMEONE PLEASE BUY THE MONKEY!

i would highly suggest anyone considering this pet, take a look at this link first:

Looks alot like my cat. Does yours enjoy sleeping in dirty clothes baskets? Mine also like to piss all over the clothes when you tick him off, little bastered. Maby a monkey friend would teach him some manners.
