Honda 1,2,3 at Daytona
Yesterday's 200 was rained out, but it was beautiful today. I slipped out from work about 10AM, made the start and was back by 2:30PM. Really a good finish. It was a toss-up until the cross/ finish line. Duhamel nipped Bostrom for first, Kurtis Roberts was in their draft for third, after leading for a majority of the second half. Roberts was sliding around pretty good as he barrelled into turn one towards the end so he probably had worn his rear tire. Gobert established a nice lead early on his Ducati until he DNF'd with a puff of smoke coming out of the infield onto the banking. Yesterday's monsoon ride home to Orlando made today's beautiful sunny day that much nicer. I was surprised how many people made it back to see the race today.
