I know where I can get on for 24K, I am sure that it costs more to build one but I don't have 24K to throw down for a drag bike....

Couldn't you just buy a sub 10 second sportbike for about $10k?

Well I gotta give one bit. The only other sub 10 sec production bike I know of is the busa (in stock form). Mags ussually rate is at 9.8s
Literbikes come in the low 10's. Now it doesnt take much mods to get them there (I think some guy did it with a exhaust and pc3, or maybe just gearing). but its not stock...

Now as to riding skill... well thats a whole different story

I thought the ZX12 and the GSXR1000 were both under 10 seconds in stock form. At least according to Motorcyclist Online.

Now, how reproducable those numbers are by your average John Q. Bumblefuck is certainly questionable, but the bikes are capable of it.

Their testers must be better than those of motorcycle usa. Just goes to show you how little those numbers really mean.
