Question Cleaning Powder Coat

The bike I bought has powder coated rims, which are white. However there is a lot of black/brown grime/mildew all over them. Any idea on how to clean them up.

use greased lighting...found in most industrial type hardware stores and shit...that and just a washcloth or something soft'ish

been doing that for years with great sucess

it's not my fault....
