Swirl remover question

Hi everyone,
I wanted to do something about the swirls on the paint of my Ninja H2. Looks like the previous owner or someone who washed her has taken cloth and rubbed a dusty surface, you know.
Now, I do not want to have the bike polished, unless there is no other way out for me. I wanted to ask your folks opinion on swirl removers. Will they will those minor scratches for some time? I understand, that with time I will have to apply that solution again and again, and that's okay. I just want to make sure it is not an abrasive thing.

Here are the 2 I consider for myself, as long as they are not abrasive.
Thanks.
