I'd call that an average price. Also, you shouldn't agree to pay extra for any accessories for which you don't care. The only mods that usually elevate a bike's cost are ones associated with a very specific use, like track-related parts (suspension, brakes, etc) or cruising bits like heated grips or whatever. Slip-ons don't really impact the price of a bike.
