hopefully springtime.

All i have left to do is get my eagle project done for scouts. I think i narrowed my choses to either a kawasaki ninja zx6r or yamaha yzf r6.

Are you sure about the 6r ot r6? They kinda pack a big punch. Why not get a beater 250 or 500?

If this is going to be our first bike then I to agree on something like the 500cc vertical twins by Suzy & Kwacker rather then a hot trotting sportbike. After the MSF Course for sure.

If you insist on the fast 600's, consider a older used 600 of your choice. It doesn't hurt the wallet as bad when you drop or crash.

Eagle Scout huh...

Congradulations!! I've been an Eagle since '93.

Go for something not so aggressive (250, 500, SV)...but if you must get one of the 6's, then go for an older one. If you can pay cash then it won't hurt so bad when you have to fix it.

Ride safe and get to the Safety Course!!!
