Slipper Clutch?

Hey guys, in the sportbike cognitive development world, I'm still in the sensori-motor stage! I was just wondering what a slipper clutch was? Also, wet clutch, dry clutch?(if there is such a thing)

Thanks for informing the newbie!

A slipper clutch is used on higher torque engines to keep the back wheel from sliding when the bike is down shifted.

A few ccs short of a full litre.
