lmao R6 to risky ?

lmao i found this R6
the claims to be in italy on family issues and wants 3k for a
04 R6
76 miles
never been drop perfect condition clean title
he claims the bike is in iowa
i asked to see the bike the guy said no one is there to show it to me
but if i wanted to buy the bike he would send me the pappers and have someone ship the bike to me all in the 3k price
sounds realy shady i told him i wouldnt buy it unless i chould see it and come pick it up in person
what do u gusy think

It sounds vaguely similar to some ebay scams that were going on a while ago.

I'd say run far and hard away from this deal, it's BS.

Stay away from anything where they want to use an escrow service. Another reoccurring factor in scams, at least from what I've noticed, is that the owner is overseas, yet the bike is mysteriously in the USA, ready to be shipped.

only talked with the guy for a few mins and he told me to call him back in 5 mins b/c of another call

I wouldn't buy anything from somebody overseas. It just never seems to work out. There were a bunch of M3's on sale on Autotrader about a year ago. All from people in Europe "I'm in the Military", "My job relocated me" All scams.
