Another Bike Question!

Hey Everybody. I have yet another bike question. I am about to pay off my truck and want to get a new sportbike. I am a marine tech. at a Suzuki dealer so I get a little discount on suzukis so that solves the "what brand" problem, now I just need to figure out what bike. I had a CBR 600F2 about 6 years ago, I let a friend drive it and that took care of my bike and my friend. I only had it for about 9 months. I am 5' 9" and about 160 so I do not need somethig huge. I think that I want to go with the GSX-R750 but I can not find any info. or reviews about them. I would like to find out how much difference there is between the 600 and the 750. Since I will be buying it new and financing it I do not want to get bored with it to quickly but the 600 is about $2000 less. If any one has some advice or can tell me where I can find a comparison between the two I would be very thankful.

the 750 is faster. however most people (even those who think they can) can't ride the 750 any faster. you may want to evaluate where you are as a rider before dedicating yourself to such a bike though. the sv650 is a hell of a bike.

Here's what Formula Extreme rider and STAR Motorcycle School honcho Jason Pridmore has to say in the current issue of Cycle World: "If I could put every one of my students on Suzuki's SV650 V-Twin, their riding would improve immediately."
