I'm 6'5" and I fit great on my '98 CBR900RR.

The wife says I look good on it too!

6'5 with a 14 shoe and the Hayabusa is the most comfortable bike in or around the street bike class that I have ridden. The ZX-9R would be my next choice for big guys.

Talking Bikes for the tall

I am 6'3" and ride a 2001 Triumph Sprint RS. It is quite comfy without losing its handling abilities. I recommend it for taller riders.

I'm 6'0, 160lbs.. yea yea, i'm a stick..

my F2 is hella comfy.. as are the 954RR's...

I test rode an R6 and a gixxer 600 last week, the R6 i thought i was gunna die on, the gixxer was more comfy, but i didn't like the eurgonomics...

katana's are SLOW.... still waiting on someone with a hayabusa to trust me enough to allow me to ride their bike, although i'm sure i'll be lusting over it when i get off... =)

KTM 1290 Super Duke R. At 6'4" and a 36' inseam it's the best fit out there. Fast too!
