I like what I see in the pictures. Just imagine how much bettter it will look after replacing the exhaust pipes, and chopping that ugly rear fender off. I have a ZRX1200 right now that is getting nervous everytime I look at a picture of the Z1000.
I am going to wait until they hit the dealer before I put a deposit on one though; I thought the Honda 919 was a good looking motorcycle from photos. When the 919 finally showed up at the dealship I was severly disappointed. It turned out to be butt ugly and impractical for my needs. The big Rex has since tirned out to be a absolutely wonderful motorcycle, and the new Z1000 will have to be one heck of a great motorcycle to displace "Rexann", but we will see.

I am in the same situation to the tee... I just told my dealer to hold off on processing my deposit on the Z1000 it has big shoes to fill when it comes down to replacing my ZRX 1100. I however like the exahust on the bike but I know for a fact that it won't be load enough for my liking and will have no choice but to replace it. In a perfect world muzzy would come out with an identical looking system!!

Lightbulb Opinion

Let me say again my opinion. I think the exhaust is fugly I would like to see a single can or under the seat set-up for this bike.

The stock exhaust sets it apart from other bikes though ...humm... I need to think and stare at the pictures more to make my final decision.

and I ride a Kawa
