I think I took the more direct route. Started on 83 GPz550, moved on to 83 KZ1000R, then an 02 ZRX green, but I want the red one too. Maybe I can talk the wife into giving up her GPz...

2001 Black. Best bike I've ever owned. Comfortable, fast and fun.

wassup guys

citadel650 here (I guess you never could have guessed that, huh) just wanted to post since I am a part of ZRXOA. I know that I don't have a rex, but have riden with many of you around the N GA mtns at TWO. Glad to see some of y'all make the rounds. BTW, dad is selling his rex if anyone is interested, along with everything else on it. He has already sold the dymags and the akro exhaust but there is still plenty of goodies left to be had at a good price.

2000 BLACK ZRX1100

had it since new, now has over 22000 miles on it. few mods..zerogravity wind screen, kerker carbon-fiber can, k&n filter, corban G&L seat..completely trouble free. Bike does it all..commute, long trips/tours..back road burner...hoolie special. I can't imagine ever getting rid of this bike.

As far as color goes....Green may be mean...Red may be lead...but Black is Beautiful!

Hey have a question for all the zrex guys out there, what is the best sounding slip on for it? I heard a D and D and it sounded good, i like loud, it has made a huge difference with grandma missin me in her buick on the way to church, and i basically like to be obnoxious, but i dont want a loud one that sounds bad, if that makes any sense. Anybodys imput would be greatly appreciated.

Hillbilly, take a look on Ebay. There are several D&D full exhaust systems on sale for $299. There are some other online dealers that are blowing out D&D full systems. Cycle Depot and MAW both come to mind. If you need a jet kit go over to the K&N website; they are currently having a big blowout sale on their jet kits. I picked up one for my ZRX1200 and it cost me $45 to my front door! Good luck and let us know how things turn out!
