Since I'm new to the state...

Everyone does 'em, but are U-turns really legal?
is riding down the shoulder to get out of a jam legal?
is stealing candy from small children legal?

Check out the pic...

I'm from Washington state, and no, i don't lane split. I am a good little boy who doesn't want a 3rd ticket on his record for the next 3 years.

From what I gather it is legal here in Az if going under 35 mph and if it ain't, I don't care. I'm not going to sit in no 100 + degee weather in mid day, .

I talked to a cop tonight. He said lane splitting is not legal. But then again how would they catch you? They're stuck in traffic too... hmmm.
