Call me antisocial, but I like that no one has supermotos.
Everywhere you turn you see an R6 here and F4 there. I have yet to see a SM. We have a great toy and I don't want to share

apparently I'm the only person looking for one too.

and this is a bit off the topic- I'm becoming enamored with the Triumph Tiger - would it be ridiculous to fit a 17" wheel in place of the 19" on the front? I know it's not close to being a supermotard, but I like the styling and imagine that swap would open up more road tire choices.

Anything's possible! This would steepen the head angle and make the handling quicker. Which may or may not be a good thing!
