Your'e not the first! I am just not in Big Sky Country anymore. I lived in Billings and Great Falls most of my life. Now I'm in New York. People out here think MT is a place where everyone drives around in a pick-up truck with a gun rack in the back window- where the men are men, and the sheep are nervous

Yeah I used to live in Conrad, and Ennis. But now I am in the Army in NC. About the truck and gunrack, you must have never came to Ennis much, cause that was about %60 of the people. lol.

Better late than never. I live in Kalispell MT but grew up in Great Falls. I rode with a lot of guys on base. Back then I rode a GSXR-1100. Got rid of the pig and bought an R-6. A little underpowered for my tastes but funner than hell in the twisties. Speaking of that. Do any of you know any great twisty roads around the area. One of the ones I frequented was the road between Browning and Choteau.

Is there still a bar in Bozeman called The Cat's Paw? I got ripped there one night back in the '80's. How about up in Kalispell, is the aluminum smelter still running? I designed and built a remote operated laser positioner for them, also back in the '80's. I've been to your state several times, the last around '95, always touring on a bike. I visited your state museum, many old mining towns, Glacier Park, happened on the state fair over in Miles City, etc. About the only part I didn't get to was the extreme NE. It's a beautiful state.
