Insurance For r6

Well im only 16 right now and im turing 17 on november 3rd, im planning to buy an r6 by the time i hit 18-20, likely at the time ill buy the newest one out, ill have my M licence by that time and my riders saftey course done, how much do you think a month or year insurance will cost for me? * heard state farm was good for and r6*

i live in toronto btw

Insurance for an 18 year old on an R6 (or any supersport bike) is going to cost about 1 arm + 1 leg. Maybe add a quart of blood too.

You might want to start thinking about a bike that is not only more insurable, but more suitable for a beginner rider as well.

would you say it would cost around 6000-9000 a year?
