Well, you could always strike up a convo with the next rider you run into at a petrol station, parking lot, or store. I would caution that there are those sportbike riders who foolishly discount anything under a supersport but if you get that tact from your intro, move on, they're not worth your time.

most of them think are cocky and think im interested in them BECAUSE i have a bike and expect because of it i will put out, also the idiot who will roll 120 in a 50 zone for the hell of it...which is why subsantial bikers are hard to come by

Not surprising. Its a challenge and being a lady probably makes it at least triply so. Finding a riding club might be the best way to go, esp if you can find one with 30-somethings (or up in age). Often they're survivors and married, both of which theoretically make them safer.
