Reply to Saskatchewan Riders

For some reason this thing refuses to let me reply to that thread, so here we go :

Thx Sksport. I went up and did that road yesterday (Sat) and it is pretty sweet. That's probably the best road you'll find in Sask, for what it's worth. The only problem I found (aside from the people riding horses along the side of the road, I didn't want to scare the horses) was that the turns were all marked 60 or 70km/h and I was hitting 120-130 on the exits w/out pushing, even on my bike. So if you were good, or had a good bike, you'd really have to watch out. That'd be a mondo ticket.

Also, I saw two CO or HP vehicles (they had lights, haha). Luckily I went slower between the corners. It was the long weekend though, so that probably had something to do with it. Thanks for the tip man.

"The world we have made as a result of the level of thinking we have done thus far creates problems we cannot solve at the same level of thinking at which we created them" - Wow.

Sorry Speedboy, I shoulda mentioned that Sept Long is a busy time up at Waskesieu.

Now is a good time to go, weather permitting, the park is no longer charging gate admission, very few people = very few RC's.

I haven't been on that road yet. Bit of a drive from here in Weyburn, but my buddy ,(who I bought my bike from) used to ride it pretty regular to visit his girlfriend. He got stopped doing 140km/h in a 80 zone at night with only his learners licience! Got off with only a ticket and the speed was reduced to 118km/h on the ticket. I wish I was that lucky.
