So I get up and head to work on my ST...I expected it to be cold...no problem, I have the gear.....a nice, crisp 21 degrees...even though it is the first week of April, it's frigid but supposed to warm to the lower forties by noon!...Get to work and find out that Mitch and his merry band of gentlemen have decided to hire a new B-Ball coach, so my day is cut out for me...get good'ole Coach Billy in and out of the throngs of psycho Wildcat fans, unscathed, a sacrafice worthy of another day, much like Tubby, I'm sure.....done! Work is over...I walk outside and it is snowing harder than it has snowed all Winter!?! I look at the date on my watch, shake my head and mount up. As I split traffic on the 6 mile trek back to the pad, I get looks of amazement, surprise, disbelief and I think, even disgust. I make it to my garage, safe but covered in white, from head-to-toe....I shake my head, take a few pics and go inside....the whole time thinking of how crazy life is here in Central Kentucky. What a day. Ride safe!
