Hey, I heard Funster's is bankrupt. Hope the food is safe to eat.

schedule

Anyone have a schedule of race times? Would be great time to meet up with a bunch of you, but don't know if I'd hang out in a restaurant all day. Never done it before. Maybe it's better than I imagine?

Last time I checked, SPEED did not have TV times up. Does Funsters have a pay-per-view hookup?

SPEED schedule

Answered my own question--

7:30 am AMA 250 Grand Prix Motorcycle Racing Daytona
8:30 am BMW Boxer Cup Daytona
9:30 am AMA Superbike Pre-Race Daytona
10:00 am AMA Superbike Daytona 200

Yes, folks, those are Pacific times.

Is Funster's opening at 7am for dinner and live coverage?

Fasthawk--You seem to know the most about it. What's your club's plan for the day?

Sorry if I offended you with the bankruptcy thing, but I have seen that place not make it through at least four different names/owners. Might be the location, I don't know.

No worries..

Forgettaboutit! I was only half joking, anyway. Yes, it is true that they filed for bankruptcy, but they will be remaining open- at least till after the Daytona event.

Found details myself

OK, so I ran into this flyer down at CycleGear in Auburn. It says...

Daytona 200 Event--all ages

March 9th, 9:30-4pm

$10 ticket includes--entry, spaghetti buffet w/beverage and a raffle ticket

Held at Funsters, 15221 International Blvd (fancy Hwy 99 name)
Sea-Tac WA 206-988-4888 or funsters.com

Sponsor list includes many Seattle area shops.

Sounds like a good time to me. Hope it stays dry so we can ride.
