I get into that neck of the woods a couple of times a year.....I would recomend rt 219 (east of 19) it's a valley road but lots of twisties and good road condition, pretty much a back country road......another N/S road (west of 19) is 119 I ran this from Charleston to Williamson one year, 4 lane hyw w/grade access....very fast road is someplaces. I have an XX also and loved the 120+ sweepers this road has to offer.
Have fun!

blackbird is right. 219 is a much much better road! stay off of 19 cause all it is is a 4 lane road that has a lot of traffic on it. it does have one cool bridge on it though but that is the only good thing about the road. so take 219 and most of the road going off on it running east to west are very good too.
